I have experience with fix and flips and buy and holds. Here are a couple of projects we’ve done over the past couple of years. 

 

We have 12706 Gotham drive bought off market I helped the investor buy it he fixed it up and ended up selling it a couple months later.

Next project was 10510 Sagevale Ln. I helped the client buy it and he ended up selling it as well.

16314 Forest Bend Avenue was purchased and is getting ready to be sold on the market. These are just a couple of projects that we’ve done and we are gearing up to break into the airbnb market.
